Return of products
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw without giving reasons and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Defective product
In the event of a defective product, in terms of its function (DOA), the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contact with the store is necessary) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of this. In this case, the costs of return (or new shipment, in cases of replacement/exchange) will be borne by the Company.
Shipped product
In the case of a damaged product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contacting the store is necessary), provided that the product has been inspected upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (note that the carrier is obliged to remain during the process of unloading the products). In this case, the costs of return (or new shipment, in cases of replacement/exchange) will be borne by the Company.
Incorrect shipment
In the event of incorrect shipment of a product, which will be attributable to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the same. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, its packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company. You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case you will be liable for the direct return costs.
Returns are accepted only after consultation with a representative of our company and as long as the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and their packaging , along with the retail receipt or the invoice with which your order was accompanied when you received it.
If you return it with our charge we will NOT receive your return .
However, in the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered or is defective, after consultation with a representative of our company you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the order WITHOUT shipping charges.
